Fantasy Springs Hotel has two main sections: Grand Chateau and Fantasy Chateau. Let's start with the map to see where they sit.

Grand Chateau was well beyond my budget, so this is mostly about Fantasy Chateau.

1. Grand Chateau

Grand Chateau is the burgundy building on the left of the map. Every room has a balcony or terrace facing Fantasy Springs. Below is a photo I took of the building.

2. Fantasy Chateau

Fantasy Chateau is on the right of the map. Its rooms are divided into four sides: Bay Area Side, Hotel Entrance Side, Rose Court Side and Springs Side. Let's take a look at which direction each one faces.

Bay Area Side · Toward the surrounding resort hotels

Bay Area Side is marked in yellow along the top and right edges of the building on the map. The rooms look toward the Tokyo Disney Resort Official Hotels and the parking area. If you want to stay here but don't need a view of Fantasy Springs from your room, this side could work well.

Hotel Entrance Side · By the main entrance

Hotel Entrance Side is shown in blue. As the name suggests, these rooms face the main entrance and the hotel's drop-off area. The photos below show how the rooms sit above the entrance.

Rose Court Side · Around the Rose Court garden

Rose Court Side is the orange section around the garden, where you'll find the Beauty and the Beast rock sculptures. Some room types here also have a view of Fantasy Springs. If that's what you're hoping for, look for Park View at the end of the room name.

We stayed on Rose Court Side in 2025. Our room was on a lower floor, right behind the rock sculptures, with trees and buildings in front of us, so we couldn't see much of the view. The photo below shows what we saw; another room on the same side could be quite different. I'd look at the floor details as well as the view category when choosing.

There's one more detail to look for in the room names now. For stays from 1 October 2026, Rose Court Side Superior and Superior Alcove rooms are listed in separate floor groups: floors 3–4 and higher-floor categories. Keep an eye out for that on the booking page, too.

Springs Side · Facing Fantasy Springs

Springs Side is marked in purple near the middle of the map, beside the golden-colored lobby, facing the park. If you're hoping to look out over Fantasy Springs, you'll probably be drawn to this side. But how much you can see depends on the room category. The view name matters here, too.

For example, Partial View rooms face the park, but walls or roofs can block a lot of the view. Park Grand View rooms look straight toward Fantasy Springs. So even on the same side, you won't necessarily see the same thing from every room.

If you'd also like a balcony, look for Deluxe Balcony Room (Park Grand View) or Deluxe Balcony & Alcove Room (Park Grand View). The word Balcony matters: Park Grand View describes the view, so it doesn't mean every room with that label has a balcony.

So which side works for our family?

When I came to book again after our stay, I felt that Bay Area Side or Hotel Entrance Side would do us just fine if Happy Entry and the hotel's park entrance were the main things we wanted.

Rose Court Side is appealing if you'd like a garden view too, but how much you see depends on the room and floor you get. Rooms with a clear view into Fantasy Springs were harder to get when I tried. We did once get a Partial View room, but a lot of the view was blocked.

For our latest booking, I went with Bay Area Side. It was easier to get at the time and still came with the guest benefits we wanted. That felt right for this trip.
